Our company was built out of firsthand experience working within the service and contracting industries, where we saw a consistent pattern: projects were often burdened with layers of cost that added no real value. Ownership groups, property managers, and operators were left navigating a fragmented process, spending excessive time sourcing vendors, managing bids, and trying to make confident decisions with limited visibility.
At the same time, many great contractors were investing heavily in sales teams, business development, and commissions just to access opportunities—costs that were ultimately passed along to the client. The result was a system that worked against both sides.
CRM was created to change that.
